Working principle:
When the paint is sprayed on the component the over spray is sucked into the vortex chamber rapidly by the exhaust fan. The paint mist is separated from the air and collected by the water-curtain due to the centrifugal force of the vortex chamber. Moisture is removed from the exhaust air stream by the water eliminator, which prevents moisture from discharging at the exhaust port. The paint mist returns to the water tank (or over spray paint collection disposal tank).
Compositio
- Water-curtain Plate: Made from welded stainless steel plate, circulating water is sprayed and a shallow flow of water curtain is formed under the baffle.
- Water tank: Made from stainless steel. - Vortex flume: Adopts vortex to purify paint mist, the purification rate reaches 97%. - Backwater tank: The paint mist (after being treated in the vortex flume) comes to the paint disposal tank through the backwater tank. Add the right amount of paint mist coagulant in the circulating tank and dispose the paint waste regularly. This can ensure the circulating water is used circularly. - Water supply system: Adopts high pressure centrifugal pump, PVC pipes with good sealing and stable performance.
Exhaust system
- Exhaust system by using centrifugal vortex, the paint mist collection efficiency is as high as 99.5%(for melamine coating) and 97%(for plastic coatings and varnish coatings).
